- Weather issues
- Roadblocks or closures
- Mechanical breakdowns beyond control

7. Customer Responsibility
- Customers are responsible for their personal belongings
- Any damage caused to the vehicle will be chargeable
- Additional charges may apply for:
- Extra stops
- Waiting time
- Toll, parking, and state taxes (if not included in package)
8. Pricing & Charges
- Rates are based on the agreed itinerary
- Extra kilometers or hours will be charged additionally
- Night charges may apply

We may assign third-party drivers or partners for service delivery. We are not liable for actions beyond coordination and service fulfillment.
